Jonathan was very polite, thorough and respectful of the property we are wanting to purchase. The results were reported in a straightforward manner with no ambiguity. I would highly recommend this company.

They were great from the first phone call to inquire down to the actual inspection. Very detailed inspection, which was helpful in making decisions as to what had to be repaired by the seller. Excellent experience. Would recommend.

I am a SELLER now choosing to inspect before I list my house: Nicholas was very respectful, professional and friendly. He knit picked more than my previous inspector when I bought my house, lol.. but all his concerns were legit and reasonable. I'd recommend him highly!! Serge Grondin

We were impressed by the Quantum inspector, Dennis, and his expertise. He took his time conducting the inspection and helped us understand key issues that need attention. We received a comprehensive report the next day. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Quantum. With limited due diligence time during Christmas holidays, I was worried if we’d be able to get the home inspection completed in time. Quantum was able to schedule our inspection, practically same-day. Dennis came out the morning he got the call. He was very personable and very thorough. We had a detailed report the very next day. I highly recommend using Quantum.

Excellent company to work with. Denis performed the inspection for the home I was selling on SSI and I specifically asked for him to do the review of the home I was purchasing in Darien. His report was incredibly thorough and detailed and it gave me great confidence for completing the purchase. I had a few questions about some of his findings and he called me back quickly and explained the findings in terms I could easily understand. If there were 6 stars I would give them.
