Certified Master Inspector (CMI)
Phil Hipchen, owner and founder of Quantum Home Inspections, Inc., is a Certified Master Home Inspector with over 30 years of experience in the inspection industry. Phil has conducted over 10,000 successful residential and commercial inspections and energy audits throughout his impressive career.
Before launching his home inspection journey, Phil worked as an energy auditor for Georgia Power while attending college. During this time, he received specialized training from the Southface Energy Institute in Atlanta, learning the ins and outs of performing comprehensive energy audits.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in October of 1996, Phil attended home inspection school just a few months later and began his career as a professional home inspector. His deep industry knowledge, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows him to identify and explain potential concerns clearly and in a way that clients can easily understand.

Dennis is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) through InterNACHI. Since joining Quantum Home Inspections in 2020, Dennis has consistently demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail in every inspection he conducts.
