Phil Hipchen, owner and founder of Quantum Home Inspections, INC., is a Certified Master Home Inspector with over 25 years of experience in the industry. During the past two decades, Phil has completed over 10,000 successful commercial and residential home inspections and energy audits. His professional knowledge of the business allows him to thoroughly explain any issues found during the inspection to his client in a way that is easily understood. He understands the home inspection industry from the inside out and is always available to answer customer questions about the final inspection report.

In addition to the years of experience that Phil has professionally inspecting homes and commercial properties, he also has specialized experience in the energy field. Before starting up his business, Quantum Home Inspections, Phil worked for several years with GA Power. During this time, he performed energy audits for his clients and further developed his knowledge of energy efficiency. He uses this knowledge now in his home inspection business to help clients make the most effective and energy efficient decisions for their homes.
When he isn’t hard at work with his home inspection team, Phil likes to spend his days seeking out adventure. Some of his favorite hobbies include hunting, fishing, traveling, and running.
